I recommend this one for anyone who wants to lose weight very quickly. I started taking it and felt a difference in just a few days. You know im ususally that chic that loves her meat and potatoes kind of girl and a vege was just decoration on the plate! I loved being a plus sized girl, just loved my curves but then it hit me.
