I was amazed at this product. I took it at 11 am one hour before lunch. I was not hungry until 1, two hours passed and I was amazed how I was not starving. Also I felt full until 6 pm that evening. I had energy and will share this with my friends. Also I gave up sweets and my triglycerides went down 50 points. I highly recommend this product.
I started this product about 2 weeks ago. And I have to admit I love it! Its way better than any other diet pill I've tried, the reason being that the side effects are almost none! I've lost about 3 lbs in 2 weeks but mostly I feel great. I also go to the gym 3-4 times a week, which also helps. I feel energized, I feel healthier ( I would of probably lost more but i havnt taken it on the weekends, my fault.) I take 3 pills right before lunch at noon and I honestly dont get hungry until 4-5pm if that. It boosts my energy, I dont get that sleepy feeling around 3pm anymore, sail right through my afternoon. And it gets me really thirsty so I'm gulping down cups of water left and right. I would recommend this product and will defintely keep using it.
