Well, I have had Lipo-6 Black Hers for about a week now, so I'll put up my initial thoughts, and update you in a few more weeks with final results.
If you are looking for a miracle pill that will suck fat off you while you watch TV, this isn't it. In fact, that doesn't exist, no matter what advertisers claim. However, if you're looking for something to give you a little help making your efforts yield results, this is a good choice.
First of all, let's think about what is really in this stuff. There are a few different types of weight loss aids out there right now. They all do one of three things:
(1) Block fat absorption. If you have a hard time keeping on a low-fat diet, this is what you want. The best known is Alli Weight-Loss Aid, Orlistat 60mg Capsules, 120-Count Refill Pack. The side effects are pretty obvious - if the fat isn't absorbed, it is excreted. Think about it and you'll figure out where it must go.
(2) Give you an energy boost. Stimulant ingredients like caffeine, guarana, etc. give you a "charged" feeling so that you can get through your whole day and still have enough left in you to do that workout. Side effects include a jittery feeling, racing heart, or insomnia problems.
(3) Give you a metabolism boost. Usually this means thermogenic products, which make your body waste more energy as heat. You'll actually feel it making you "hot", and you might sweat extra.
Lipo-6 Black contains stimulants and thermogenics. I have also used Alli, the fat blocker, but I only use it when I eat a higher fat meal, since most of the time I eat pretty low-fat foods. I chose Lipo-6 Black based on reviews; it had the best combination of low price and high reviews out of all the stimulant/thermo herbal aids out there. I had also used Xenadrine before and didn't have very good results; just a jittery feeling and no other real effects.
Based on other reviews, I decided to work my way up to the full dose slowly, and I am glad I did, because the first couple days I had mild stomach cramps. My body got used to it pretty quick though and I am already taking three at a time as recommended. I can feel the thermogenic effects - I use a clinical strength antiperspirant in the summer anyway, so excess sweating hasn't bothered me, but I do feel "warm" even when sitting in a 75 degree room for a few hours after taking the pills. I'm not sure I really feel much of a stimulant effect, and I'm certainly sleeping fine, but I do get through a whole day and a workout fine.
While using this I am also swimming laps for exercise 30-40 minutes 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, ; Fri). On the off days I do something less intense, like a short walk or a "10 minute solutions" workout, or sometimes just rest. FYI, at least one day a week you should just rest so you don't burn out. I am also dieting in a pretty basic way - choosing healthier foods and keeping an eye on portions. I eat lots of veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins, and try to minimize red meat to once or twice a week. Getting enough fiber is also super important for your diet.
I am losing at about a half pound a day. 170 to 163.5, hurray! If I can keep this up, then in 10-12 weeks I will be at my goal. I don't know if I will keep buying the Lipo 6 for that whole time (at the 3pills 2x a day, the bottle only lasts about 3 weeks, so I'd need 3 bottles to do it and my budget is pretty tight). But I do think it is a nice boost to help get me going, and by the time I am done with this bottle, I should be in a pretty good rhythm. I will update this review in a few weeks and share my new status!

If you are as into fitness as I am and need that extra edge, then Lipo-6 Black Hers is definitely for you. I really enjoy the fact that there is finally a diet pill formulated for women who exercise. I've always said that women are different than men so why use the same diet pill? We all know it's harder for us to lose fat than it is for a man. I'm just glad that a supplement company shares my viewpoint.
So far, I've been using Lipo-6 Black Hers as well as a carbohydrate blocker Carb Stopper Extreme for my weight loss stack and I have seen some tremendous results. Lipo 6 Hers burns fat while Carb stopper extreme blocks the carbohydrates you eat from turning into fat. I have been able to literally incinerate that hard to lose, stubborn fat that has been hiding my abs for months as well as tone up my butt. So much so that I used to be very self-conscious about wearing yoga pants and tighter workout clothes but now I love showing it off. It's always fun to hear the boys tripping over their feet on the treadmills behind me because they can't stop staring lol.
