This mix of vitamins, minerals and herbs is one of the best mixes around for the price for appetite and fat burning. My whole family uses it. My 21 y.o. son borrowed my bottle and began losing bodyfat for body-building training with the lipotropics in it and that and the guarana helps with appetite also. I lost 42 lbs. of fat and this was one of the staple products I use daily to maintain fat burning, metabolism and control appetite and my husband has cut back on his eating with the vitamins in this helping him with his weight and energy levels so it is a great product for our family.
I started using the pills twice a day yesterday and after the first intake I immediately lost my appetite. I had a breakfast of golden grahams cereal with banana and usually I get hungry during the day and give in to snacks but I literally had no appetite! When lunch came around, I had a small portion of pasta and a tangerine and was immediately full. Today was basically the same, except I'm starting to have stomach pains.
