My friend and I split a bottle of these and we did see some results. We also exercise 4x per week and eat pretty healthy. The only change in our routine were these pills we took which only lasted a couple weeks (If taking alone and using as directed, they will last you longer of course). I noticed more than anything else a burst in energy early in the day, my friend not feeling the effects very much other than her appetite was less at night-time. Neither of us felt any negative side effects which is always a plus.
Even though I probably didn't give them enough time to fully take effect, I probably still wouldn't purchase these again, the most success I've ever had with any type of supplement that claims to help you lose weight and lower your appetite is DMAA,10 Grams (0.35 Oz) 1,3 Dimethylamylamine (DMAA or Geranamine) Bulk Powder which I've taken with caffeine at the start of my day, 1Fast400 Caffeine Anhydrous, 400-Grams. I prefer it because it's cheap number one, but also works very quickly. Both for energy and speeding up the metabolism. When I first began working out, I hit a plateau with my weight and literally did not lose another pound for the next 10 weeks. Began taking DMAA, lost 3 pounds the next few days.
This products effectiveness was a big, welcome surprise!
