Since the ingredients aren't listed, I'm typing them as they appear on the label. It is a "proprietary formula" of 1,200 mg total, which means no exact milligrams of any of the individual ingredients are listed. Two pills contain: African mango extract (irvingia gabonensis), maqui berry (from aristotelia chilensisa), acai fruit, green tea extract, reservatrol, caffeine anhydrous, apple cider vinegar (powder), kelp, grapefruit (powder). Without exact milligrams of each ingredient you have no idea for example exactly how much caffeine you're ingesting. I took one pill and had severe cramps...must be quite a bit of caffeine, too, as it's 4 a.m. and I'm wide awake writing this review.
I purchased this product based on the reviews, however, after trying this on two separate occasions, I can say with certainty that these these pills do not work.
I first used these for three weeks. I thought it was my imagination that I was hungrier than usual and more constipated. After three weeks, I discontinued use. Over the next few weeks off this product, I started to slowly feel like my old self, my mood improved, my appetitie decreased, and my bowels eased.
However, about two months later, I ran across more good reviews on this product and decided to give them another try. After all, my initial purchase came with two bottles.
Big mistake! Within two days, I noticed my appetite increased again and I was headed toward constipation. I stopped after two days but it took my system another four days to return to normal. These pills are now where they belong...in the trash!

-Leaves you with an overall yucky feeling (hard to put into words)
