I'm approximately 49 and 9months. Thus, Im here to report that Ive finally faced my greatest battle against the bulge, fat and obesity. It was in February when I tilted the scale at 252pds. This resulted from my frequent eating binges. So, I decided to research diet supplements. Long and behold, I noticed that I could lose a pound a day, if I utilized Liporexall (twice a day). Finally, after my own trial studies, Ive decided to incorporate Liporexall since August each day. Lets just say, Im well on my way to getting my groove back. I now weigh 210.
Let me start off by saying that I really think the side effects I'm experiencing from this product are because of ME, not the product itself. I have a gluten sensitivity, and there is a very small amount of gluten in this product. It's not enough that it really should bother me, but when taken more than 3 days in a row it builds up in my system and gives me bad headaches.
On the good side, the product is really good a decreasing my hunger. I've gained 20 pounds due to medications and just wanted a little bit of extra help while working on losing it. I only take this once a day first thing in the morning, and then I drink 20 OZ of water (about 6AM). After that I'm usually not hungry until close to 10 when I have some yogert and I'm good until lunch at 12.
